Ever since Heini was a little girl, she has loved horses. They are her all time favorite animals! The Dala Horse comes from Sweden and she thinks they are so beautiful! She has been dreaming of making this design happen for a long time.
She named the socks after her beautiful, newly born niece and goddaughter Elli Ilona. She is one of a kind and charmingly sweet, just like these socks.
The 21-pages long PDF-knitting pattern includes good charts, written instructions and photos. The pattern includes two sizes for the leg. The socks are knitted as a mirror-image from each other, so the pattern includes charts for left and right leg.

Upper calf circumference: suits best for about 35–39 cm calf
